Cucumber Dill Soup

10 minutes and you have dinner. Plus it is so, so tasty.

4 cups water

2 cups cucumbers, peeled and chopped

1 cup celery

1/2 avacado

1 teaspoon garlic

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons orange juice concentrate

2 teaspoons dill

2 Tablespoons yellow onion

1-1/2 teaspoon salt

pinch cayenne

Blend in a blender. Enjoy.
