Raw Pea Soup


Summer is a time to enjoy our fresh harvest. This is a simple and quick recipe. Pair it with a grain say a raw corn chip, and Bam!, you've got a complete source of protien.

2 cups peas

2-1/4 cups almond milk (see recipe)

1 small avacado

salt and pepper to taste.

Place in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
