Angel Hair Pesto
For topping:
1 cup basil
1 tbsp pine nuts
¾ cup avocado
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tsp garlic minced
½ tsp salt
pinch cayenne
splash of water (if necessary)
In a food processor, blend to desired consistency
For “Pasta”:
With a spiral slicer, put slicer on angel hair setting. Cut zucchini in half place in slicer and turn out the desired amount of angel hair “pasta”
