Breakfast Quinoa

2 cups water

1 cup quinoa

1/2 cup raisins

1 tsp ghee

1/2 tsp cinnamon

Place all ingredients in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil. Simmer covered, for 15-20 minutes until tender.
