Cranberry cinnamon oatmeal

1/4 cup steel cut oats

1 cup filtered water

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 cup dried cranberries

place all ingredients in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil. Simmer for 30-45 minutes. If mornings are a time crunch, a

ssemble the night before, bring to a quick boil, cover and all you have to do is heat and eat in the morning.
