Parsley is a purifier. Eating it is a much better idea than using it for a garnish.
1 bunch parsley finely chopped stem removed
½ cup grape seed oil
½ cup white balsamic vinegar
1 cucumber medium chopped
1 small Vidalia onion finely chopped
Combine ingredients. Enjoy.
