Chia Pudding
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup almond or coconut milk
Optional mix ins:
1-2 tbsp maple syrup
½ tsp vanilla extract
Fresh seasonal fruit.
Soak chia seeds in almond mild for 5 minutes or longer. Put mixture in a blender. Blend on high speed for 2 minutes. Let mixture stand for a few minutes to thicken before serving.
For a more “cooling” recipe, substitute almond milk with coconut water.
