Zuchinni Hummus- easier to digest than chick pea hummus
5 cups zucchini
½ cup sesame seeds
4 cloves garlic
1 lemon with rind removed/ pith intact
¼ cup olive oil
½ tsp paprika
1/8 teaspoon cayenne
1 ½ tsp salt
Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
