Chai Tea
1 heaping Teaspoon tea leaves (Darjeeling and Assam) per serving
1-3 Crushed cloves
2-3 Cardamom seeds, crushed open
cinnamon stick broken in half
Steep in water for 2 minutes, strain, add milk (or milk substitute) to color
Alternative: If using ginger add black pepper, do not use cinnamon with ginger
