Curry Scented Mushrooms

4 cups sliced mushrooms
1 t cumin
green chili
1 tsp ginger, peeled chopped
Sauté mushrooms in oil or ghee. Once mushrooms start to create moisture, add spices and sauté more. Once finished add cilantro to garnish and a splash of lemon juice. Salt at the end so it doesn’t create too much moisture.
Alternative: Add curry powder
